To increase green areas in children's parks and to improve seniors' facilities in two parks in Sangbong 2-dong and Junghwa 3-dong on a total area of 604 pyong
Expanding Park Areas
To plant grass and trees alongside sidewalks on a total area of 3,167 pyong (3,107 pyong on Myeonmok-dong streets, and 60 pyong on Dong 2 streets)
To assess public/private land use and turn small patches of unused land into parks
To build sports facilities and plant trees on an area of 8,000 pyong above the Tapwater Reservoir area at Yongma Waterfall Park
To turn 1,650-meter of street, from Mukdonggyo to Ihwagyo, into a edestrian-friendly park by planting trees and paving the roads along the stream banks

The upper embankment of Jungnang Stream (5.15 km from the Jangpyeonggyo to the Wolleunggyo); Cycling roads along stream banks (six km. from Jangpyeonggyo to Jungnanggyo); a 20-km hiking course in the surrounding mountains (4.7 km on Bonghwasan, 9.8 km on Yongmasan, and 5.5 km on Mangusan)
